At Hustler Fitness it's very important to us that you're happy with your purchase and have a clear idea of shipping, returns & delivery information. Below are common questions about our shipping & delivery for our range of Hustler Gym Wear.
Worldwide shipping is available. The rates vary dependent on your location and your nearest dispatch point. To determine the shipping rate to your address, we recommend adding your items to cart and entering your shipping address.
Tracking information where available will always be provided and can be tracked through our Track Order page.
Guides, eBooks & Workout Programs
All guides, eBooks and workout programs are available immediately upon purchase. After successful checkout you will be emailed the applicable links to download the program.
SHREDDED is spread over 12 weeks. Your first program will be sent immediately. Then after this, every 6 days for 12 weeks you will be sent your new workout program for the upcoming week.
Should you have any questions about this or in the event you have not received your guide and were expecting it, please contact us as soon as possible to verify eligibility and resend where applicable.
Every Hustler apparel item is custom made for you. Generally this takes between 1 to 5 business days to create the product and then you should add shipping times to this. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days and over 50% are shipped within 3 business days.
USA: 2-7 business days via USPS
Canada: 5-10 business days via USPS
Worldwide: 10-20 business days via USPS
If your package has to be sent back to our return address because it couldn't be delivered to your address (wrong address/failure to pick up from your post office etc), unfortunately the cost of reshipping is the customer's responsibility. Because of this please make sure to check, and recheck your address at checkout.
We ship to almost every country in the world! At this time, the only countries we cannot ship to are Cuba, Iran & North Korea.
Shipments may incur additional customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Unfortunately Hustler Fitness cannot accept responsibility for possible fees.
While we ship to almost every country in the world, please be aware that countries in the Middle East, South America, Asia and Russia may have much longer delivery times. Brazil and India often have customs and shipping errors, especially with bulky items. Unfortunately Hustler cannot offer refunds for items lost during shipping.
If you receive your purchase that is damaged or have been sent the wrong products, we'll gladly replace these provided you contact us within 1 week of receiving the product. Unfortunately returns cannot be granted if you have changed your mind, for sale items or for garments that do not fit. Because of this customers must check the garment sizes prior to ordering, which is available on our Sizing Guide or on individual product pages.

- We will get back to you as soon as possible, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
- Returned items must be in re-saleable condition, not worn and with tags still attached.
Mistakes When Ordering
If you order the wrong garment, quantities, size or enter the wrong address, please let us know as soon as possible to see if we're able to update your order. Please email support (at) hustlerfitness.com including your order number and all applicable details so that we can attempt to assist.
We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to change the order details once an order is placed, we will always try our best to assist where possible.
