Here’s all you need:

Ingredients

  • 1 x 3 inch cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 x 1 inch of a piece of unpeeled, thinly sliced turmeric, or 1/2 teaspoon dried turmeric
  • 1 x half-inch of piece ginger, unpeeled, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of virgin coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of whole black peppercorns
  • Ground cinnamon (to taste)

Method

  1. Use a stainless steel pot or other non-reactive cookware maintain the purity of the Golden Milk
  2. Mix turmeric, honey, virgin coconut oil, milk, the cinnamon stick and black peppercorns together and then then simmer on the stove for 10 minutes
  3. Pour a 1/4 to 1/2 cup into a mug or a glass after simmering. This is the perfect amount to reap Gold Milk’s healing benefits without overloading your digestion.
